• They’re mostly used with EMT, but with the right connectors, they may also be used with BX or Loomex.
• The cable must be located and secured in such instances in order to avoid mechanical injury
• Utility extension rings are used to expand the wire capacity of convenient utility boxes while serving as surface conductor outlet boxes.
